DaySpring Services is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to lead our HR hiring strategy and talent attraction efforts across multiple entities including DaySpring Assisted Living, Agape Home Assisted Living, Agape Home at Blueberry Fields Assisted Living, In-Home Care, and DayBreak Adult Day Services. Reporting directly to the President, this role plays a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees who embody our mission of "Serving Older Adults with God’s Love."
Purpose:
The Human Resources Specialist will drive the recruitment, training, and retention of highly engaged staff, ensuring staffing levels meet organizational standards and contribute to achieving our mission-driven goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction and retention strategy.
- Champion the the full-cycle hiring process from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.
- Partner with leadership to define staffing needs and maintain optimum headcount levels.
- Foster community partnerships to enhance recruitment efforts and promote our mission.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare staffing reports for leadership review.
- Contribute to HR functions and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Certification, or related field; degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring, or HR responsibilities.

- Experience in assisted/senior living or long-term care recruitment preferred.
